Helloooo!!! here I am again!! I missed you guys!!! anyway!!! how's everything?? hmm.. sorry I wasn't able to blog yesterday.. I had a terrible sore throat building up that morning, but i decided to work anyway. but when I came home that night I was soooo hot! like I was on fire or something! I was staring at the computer looking so dull and everything my hubby told me It was time for me to rest coz I was going to work around 10 am the next day. ohhh, I feel sooooo bad until now. my throat hurts so much. nothing to make it feel better but just gargle it with mouthwash.. and drink plenty of water. OK! on to the news! I was so happy last monday!!!! why?? because my hubby Jon treated me to something special before our month-sarry (as they call it). that night, we we're about to go to sleep after having a long day's work. then all of a sudden he turns to me and he said, "why don't we go driving around the island?" and I was like, "huh? are you kidding me?!" and he's like "ok, take it or leave it.." and he was just smiling.. letting me guess if he was joking around or not. you see, the thing about Jon is.. you'll never know what's coming up next. he jokes around most of the time and I like it.. I was always convincing him to take me to a certain place, blah blah.. but still he won't budge! he's just full of surprises.. ok, so anyway.. we woke up early in the morning, uhm.. not very early, as I should say.. 9:30? then after having breakfast we gathered a few things, a towel, our digicam, bags, etc.. then we went straight to the gasoline sation, picked up a few snacks and drinks. then off we went! I was really happy coz he's taking me to drive around the island, going to the beach just chillin' around.. back in the philippines I live close to the beach, too-- about 30 minutes drive from where I live. I love the beach sooo much!!! ( I just hang around.. not to swim, though.. yeah, it suck.) I have some friends in college who lives close to the beach so whenever we're off after classes it's straight to the beach and just do a lil chit chat, you know. girls!! ok, ok.. so yeah, we went to waikiki.. and I just loooove the designer shops they got there!!! Ooh-lala! of course a lot of tourists here and there, surfin'..walking around with their 2-piece swimsuits.. argh!!!! I so envy them! man, when we reached the beach it was so wonderful-- sparkling blue water, oh yeah! I could just smell the wonderful ocean breeze. it relaxes me so much! releases tension, and all that. my hubby was my chauffeur for the day, we went to diamond head and from there I just loved the houses we passed by. they are worth millions! ack! can't afford it. just because it has the ocean view.. and much worse.. it's just located on the outside! when we we're planning to buy a house last year, here in hawaii, according to the realtor, the more higher the place you're buying the more expensive it is. shucks. just looking outside the window of the condo.. I was like, "WOW!" it was on the 17th floor and the ocean view was just spectacular! breathtaking! you could see the whole Honolulu from there. wow.. and then, back to the story! we had our first stop to Hanauma bay. but it was just great coz the whole parking area is packed! shucks! I was really angry coz we won't have a place to park in. and it really hurts coz we won't have a chance to go there again, I'll miss the beach. the first time I went there I was pregnant. didn't have the chance to take some nice pictures. since I don't have any pics from hanauma bay try going HERE if you love to travel.

we went to pali lookout, and it was sure breathtaking! I couldn't take better pictures because of the wind, almost knocked my camera down, too. we went to stop at all scenic points where tourists we're just having a great time taking pics. for the finale, we walked along the beach barefooted, ouch! but it seems that we can't go in the water because the waves we're just humongous. I tell you, we weren't there to surf! I was looking for shells to take home but unfortunately there weren't any! back home in subic, I'd pick shells at the seafront and there we're lots of nice designs, too. ohh, I miss my shell collection.. darn it! and that was it! ohh, it was definitely a wonderful day for me. we went grocery shopping after. all thanks to my lovable hubby. who knows that the simple and small things are the the greatest things that makes me very happy..I love you, hal! thank you sooo much!!! ahem... I can still feel my feet ache, like it was exfoliated real good!

hi Kit! i really had a great time reading this post. i can picture the view as i was reading it but of course the pics are great. the water is so blue. ang ganda talaga. i'm glad you had fun. take care always and i hope you feel better soon.

Hi...Kit, thanks sa mga tags at replies mo sa mga posts ko ha? . Oh, nagka sore throat ka? . Are you feeling any better na ba? . I hope so, kong di pa you can try gnawing a ginger kasi they usually will make it a little easier for you not to be in so much pain or masyadong mag sore ang throat . We tried na eh . As for your hubby's surprised, how nice and sweet of him to take you out looking around dyaan . That is what I like din na we go out even to just look around, hang out sa beach or go see ng mga magagandang tanawin, a sight seeing scenery . Going to the beach is relaxing talaga . I always convince my husband too, to take us out somewhere, to look around our area or some place we can hang out na nice, boring lang kong sa bahay palagi, di naman sa masyadong mahal ang lumabas eh...to go sight seeing ng mga magagandang tanawin around town other than the gasoline... . Anyway, I am glad to hear you having fun dyaan . I enjoyed the pictures, thanks for sharing them. Napaka breath taking talaga ng mga tanawin dyan . Great job.
